How do I know if something is on pre-order?

Look for the "Pre-order" tag on the product page, which will also tell you the expected shipping time.  

When will my order ship?

The expected shipping date is on the product page — check there for the most up-to-date estimate. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking confirmation email. And if anything unexpected causes a delay, we'll keep you in the loop.
