For some reason our pump for the Joolca shower and dishwashing system failed after less than a week. It was promptly replaced and is working great now. The hot water shower system as well as being able to wash dishes with hot water and the convenient sink are excellent and very very useful after a long day building our off the grid cabin in rural Maine.

I did use the new pump. It works perfectly. It seems to vibrate less than the original pump. Thanks for the quick replacement. I love the excellent customer service you provided.
Replacement pump is working, but system is not trouble free.
If it's anything like the first one I received with the Nomad pack 7 years ago it should be outstanding
